I bought a new phone a week ago today. It doesn't receive texts and phone calls from the everyone.

Mainly I missed tons of calls and texts this week. I called for tech and they couldn't help. Spoke with 6 different people including manager and they all basically told me I am screwed. Last 100 in my pocket for the service and for work and they told me "sorry" all I wanted was replacement or a refund .

They basically they didn't care if I lost my job even though the phone they sold me was crap. Worst service ever!
