I went into a Cricket Wireless Store and the system was down I was unable to pay my bill. I am disbelied and I called 611 after my phone was suspended and ask 2 supervisor can they give me a credit for the inconvenience and allow me to pay the difference for the bridge pay they basically told me.

It was my disfortunte and there was nothing Icould do.

I explained how I was limited in my ability to get around and I came to the store level and still NO consideration. THIS COMPANY is the WORST when it comes to customer service and the DiSCRIMANATE against DIsABLED people
