I went into the store in Galveston, Texas at 2724 61st , I went there to add an extra line to my account for my husband he picked out a phone and the manager said that he did not have that phone so he went into the back of the store and bought up another phone so i said ok we sat there for an hour and a half watching him trying to get the phone to work finally he said the phone should be working in a hour, we waited the whole day phone still not working, the next day went back to the store for my refund I was told that I could not get a refund i'm getting upset now so the manager said that he will get the phone to work , another day has passed phone still not working ,I go back to the store and the manager tells me that the phone that he gave me does not have a programmable phone number I would have to give him an extra 40.00 dollars for another phone , why did he give me that and took my 70.00 dollars for phone services when the phone does'nt work i will be taking my complaint to the police to get advice to take care of this legally because this is wrong
