They owe me 75$
My bill was behind and when i went on line to pay it ghey took my 75$ for my old number which they give it to out. Now i can't seem to get my money back.

Someone has hijacked my phone through cricket and cricket said they can't fix it and that a joke

My phone has been hijacked they're they're masking numbers in my phone calling me 33 times five times a day and cricket said it cannot fix my phone then that's some BS for real bunch of spam everywhere I'm blocked all these calls but cricket so they can't fix it so it's time for me to change you suck cricket everything people are saying on these reviews are so true the phone crashes all the time I would never recommend cricket as a phone provider I would never refer anybody to cricket I refer somebody to the graveyard my recitation is to a new customer is running fast as you can cuz cricket is not it their phones are terrible they are terrible

- - Razr is broken; I paid over $350 and bought a replacement.
- - I can't port my number; after 3 calls, I was laughed at and plan to report to BBB.
i wouldnt even give them 1 star but i had to in order to comment i have a broken razr i paid over 350.00 for i went to store twice today purchased a replacement phone after talking to customer service on phone 3 seperate times also today and not being allowed to port my number out to another company. i was laughed at humiliated extorted and STILL have not been able to put my number onto new phone i purchased.
either they are scamming folks or they are just unaware of the effects of their actions i plan to turn them into bbb and even go as far as to make flyers and place them all over town!! someone has to end this ***

Me thinking i wanted to have my phone on when i had the money to do so. Then i went on line and paid for a month service plus reconnection.. took my money quick but sirry no service and you don't even care that i am on a fixed income and can not spare a nickle. Now i am without a phone and i am 62 years old and can not afford to lose 75$ .

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
I ordered my son's phone and nothing has come. It was supposed to be two-day shipping; it's probably been five days.
I can't get anyone on the phone either. It may just be the storm.

The phone just revealed it's been active for 6 months but not reported stolen there's no kind of fraud going on with it that's the phone telling me that not cricket because when you go in the information of the profile that gives a lady's name where she works and everything
I know I've been violated if I strong arm robbery that was a lot of money to lose at once for nothing I would never recommend them or Walmart
I bought a cricket phone from Walmart. They couldn't do anything with it.
They told me to go to the cricket store. I went to the cricket store; they wanted an additional $100 to hook it up, and now I've been trying to get a hold of customer service.
They will not answer me for anything. I'm stuck with a hundred and some dollars' worth of cricket equipment here and can't do anything with it.

Absolutely nothing, zero progress. They will not answer the phone and keep hanging up.
It doesn't matter if you push the new customer button or existing customer; you have to have a phone number and a PIN number.

My friend gave me this phone because she got a new one. It is not logged into the Cricket account but is still locked to Cricket, so I cannot use a service that I can afford. Please fix this.
