I fraudulently Charged $1300.00 by Cricket, I am not a customer
I was billed for over $1300.00 by Cricket Wireless and Have never done any business with them. I tried calling but since I am not a customer, and have no phone number I cannot get past automated voice response.
So as far as I am concerned this is fraud. No way to contact Customer Service

Very bad
They never answered if you are not a member of their company, but they send me many letters under different names to my home address. They allow people to buy their products one don't check the real address.

Hi my name Alan Romero Im a current customer 3 months only I baught a iPhone air with you guys cricket company and just because I misplaced my phone call the cricket company phone number chat support team and I said on the automated system I had lost my phone so cricket support chat team put my phone as lost or stolen and put it on the block list and suspended my line and now I found my iPhone air. That is currently brand new and trying to restore my line and phone still paying it monthly but cricket says I cant get my number back or that the phone also is the issue I said what but. This is bad customer service there saying the cricket team that I cant use this phone anymore with the same phone number like I mine I had brocuse its the device they said that is blocked I wither 3 days and told me it shall take max 72 hours and stilll I waited 72 hours 3 days and then I called after 72 hours and the said nothing was filed or reported to unblocked my iPhone air so I when over and waited panther 3 days and now today may 1 st 2026 year and they are saying to wait a little more look I just got this phone this should be happening at all at this point I just would like to return the device and be free debt at 0 then to continue paying a bill and phone that is not currently working or that wont Im fed up at this point I rather sell this phone and get me a new one i dont know but they are bad in service never had this happen to mar not even eith boost it metro pcs sheesh this is a headache at this point I would rather get a another phone but cricket dont even cover tha or give me options at this point im canceling

Someone has hijacked my phone through cricket and cricket said they can't fix it and that a joke

My phone has been hijacked they're they're masking numbers in my phone calling me 33 times five times a day and cricket said it cannot fix my phone then that's some BS for real bunch of spam everywhere I'm blocked all these calls but cricket so they can't fix it so it's time for me to change you suck cricket everything people are saying on these reviews are so true the phone crashes all the time I would never recommend cricket as a phone provider I would never refer anybody to cricket I refer somebody to the graveyard my recitation is to a new customer is running fast as you can cuz cricket is not it their phones are terrible they are terrible

Did not get any help with replacing my phone. I paid $8 a month for insurance for over a year.
I got a cracked screen, and they want me to pay $100 for a new phone, and a brand new one is only $110. I don't understand; I don't think it's fair.
