Disconnect
I need to disconnect my line from the account since I have switched to a cheaper provider. I cannot log into my account to do so, even though I had no problem doing so to port over my number out of Cricket.

Resolved: I done called my order hasn't came and no customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
I ordered my son's phone and nothing has come. It was supposed to be two-day shipping; it's probably been five days.
I can't get anyone on the phone either. It may just be the storm.

The phone just revealed it's been active for 6 months but not reported stolen there's no kind of fraud going on with it that's the phone telling me that not cricket because when you go in the information of the profile that gives a lady's name where she works and everything
I know I've been violated if I strong arm robbery that was a lot of money to lose at once for nothing I would never recommend them or Walmart
I bought a cricket phone from Walmart. They couldn't do anything with it.
They told me to go to the cricket store. I went to the cricket store; they wanted an additional $100 to hook it up, and now I've been trying to get a hold of customer service.
They will not answer me for anything. I'm stuck with a hundred and some dollars' worth of cricket equipment here and can't do anything with it.

Absolutely nothing, zero progress. They will not answer the phone and keep hanging up.
It doesn't matter if you push the new customer button or existing customer; you have to have a phone number and a PIN number.
How the *** are you going to get a phone number and PIN number when you haven't got service yet? Just running around in circles chasing nothing.

My friend gave me this phone because she got a new one. It is not logged into the Cricket account but is still locked to Cricket, so I cannot use a service that I can afford. Please fix this.

I have attempted to contact cricket to get them to set satisfied this complaint. There is no way to get through to them.
Every way is blocked unless you have a cricket phone I dont have a cricket phone.
Someone having one of your phones tried to fraudulently pay their bill with my credit card I have my credit card number. I want to give that to you because it is now been canceled so you can find out Who did it then we can call the cops.

Mind Cricket! A lot of legalese mumbo-jumbo and no real help! They are cheaper then the other services but are they worth the trouble they make you go through to get help and results?

For once this place may be drive 120 miles in 5 days back and forth back and forth between Walmart and cricket and then both of them arguing to me that they can't help and then Walmart doesn't know what the *** to do but they sure do know how to shove that phone down your throat you think they're going to reimburse me for all the my time and my no then they try to make me pay another $60 for activation when they already took 60 so then I had to go back to Walmart make them reverse charges and then get another card
So yeah here I am you know that was 10 hours yesterday and then guess what 8:00 hit and boom everybody's gone so now I'm trying to do it again today and it's been about 4 hours of doing this and still no phone this is just a joke I've never had this kind of problem if I was anyone don't ever get cricket tell him to *** off I'm telling everyone I can I'm not even start a web page your Facebook everything you name it

Both my credit cards were charged twice. I don't even have cricket, and they charged from my credit cards and turned off my other phone.
When the other person switched companies, I want my $125 back. I've been trying to call for weeks. My phone number is 878-670-****. My name is Kristen Wetzel.
I need someone to contact me immediately. Never would I ever refer this company to anybody; it's fraud. The Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted immediately.
I want my money. I'm taking legal action.

Cricket customer service is the worse. I had a line reactivated and then moved to a new account.
The rep charged me the $12.00 to reactive the phone and then realized that I had to many lines on that account so we moved the new line into a new account and I paid the monthly fee. The rep however did not move the $12.00 to the new account and because she did not do that my 5 lines were shut off for non payment due to the customer service reps fault. Now they want me to pay to restore all 5 lines when it was not my fault that they were shut off. This was no fault of mine and I have to pay the price for the mistate that there rep made.
I have been with them for over 10 years and this is how they treat their faithful customers. People do not get a plan with cricket they do not care about you only the money.

I purchased a new phone. The sales lady, Aliyah Davis, told me she was adding a charging cord and wall plug to my bag because the new phones don't come with them.
When I got to my vehicle, I realized that she charged me 30 dollars for a wall charger and 20 dollars for a power bank, neither of which I needed. So, I went back in to get a refund for the items and was told they don't refund accessories. I was told to come back the next day to speak to the manager, Jasmine Kindred. When I returned, she stated they don't do refunds for accessories and said she would speak to Aliyah about it.
So, their scam at this store seems to be telling you they are adding to your order and it won't cost you, but that's a blatant lie. They are selling you junk off the wall that no one would willingly buy, then they refuse to refund after the scam.
I will not send business to Morgan City LA Cricket. I do like Cricket, just not this store, which appears to be running scams.
