My phones have been without service all day, I called to speak with a rep about the situation and she did tower check, had me remove battery etc... She told me to call back in 3-5 days...

I'm like 3 to 5 days but I need my phone to be working and both lines are doing the same thing! I then stated well will you guys discount my phone as it has been out for over 10 hours being that I'm paying for a full month of service that I can not use?

She stated to call back in 3 to 5 days very rudely!!! I ask to speak with a manager and she said NO and hung up!

Product or Service Mentioned: Cricket Wireless Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Way i was treated by customer service rep.
