The customer service and phone service itself at Cricket is horrible. Whatever you do, avoid this company.

The data on the network is so very slow. They claim you can get up to 8 MBPS. Well, I can't even get 1 MBPS. My dial up was faster!

It doesn't matter what time of day it is. The foreigners that work in customer service are clueless. I have texts that regularly don't send or take forever to receive and send. Nobody can fix it either.

Call quality is not good at all and I have dropped calls.

It's horrible and unreliable service and I do not recommend them at all. Plus, the customer service in the stores is all foreign and very rude.
