Cricket Wireless - Pay for insurance and they will not replace my busted phone

first time I called them in January they told me to mail in my phone and it would send me another one due to health I cannot go without a phone so I called them again March and they said they would call me back no one called me back I called them back last month and they told me that they could send me another phone for $75 and I was just three people I talk to to was rude to me what's the point in buying insurance if they won't replace what is covered under the policy and I can't afford to buy a new phone so I still have a busted phone that don't even work half the time
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
