My brother lost his phone in march been trying to get a hold of a customer service rep on the 800 number to take it off my account.Every Time i call no matter what time of day it was i kept getting the automated system that said " no customer service rep available at this time please call back later or press 4 to find the nearest store." I am disabled can not go to a store to get it taken care of.

I haven't payed my bill because i am not paying for a phone that is going and no one is using. They keep turning my phone off and on sense then.

I still cant get a hold of anyone and the stores will not do anything to help over the phone.They SUCK ON THE CUSTOMER SERIVCE SIDE OF IT ALL.
