I paid my cell phone bill with crikett on time.Then a couple of days later my cell phone was off, so I took it to the corportae location closet to me.

The manager was ertremly rude and refused to turn my cell phone back on because she said that I did not pay the bill, when I showed her the printed receipt from the same store we were in, she did not believe me. Why would I waste time on trying to get out of a $50 cell phone bill, if I was going to steal it would alot more than that.

This is just half the story.Don't trust crickett they are charging people when they shouldn't.

I filed complaints against Cricket with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the FCC (www.fcc.gov). Both can be done on-line and are free to file. See if that might help.
