Cricket Wireless - Ignorant and rude employee at Cricket
I have had Cricket cell and internet serv for about 4 years. I recently moved to a different state and went to Cricket store to change my phone.
I walked up to counter and the young kid (Sergio) was texting and didn"t even acknowledge me. After about 30 seconds, I said, I would like to change my phone number please. Without looking up from his phone, he says "I don't know how to do that" to which I replied can you find someone who does? He walked over and said something to another employee and they both start laughing.
He comes back and says "she doesn't either" The whole time he is still texting!!!! By then I had had enough, lost my temper and told him to discontinue my phone serv only. He had no trouble doing that-go figure. Next day I tried to use my internet, It had been disconnected, too!
Went to different Cricket store told them the story and that ny internet was not supposed to be shut off. I was told that for $75.00 they would turn it back on!!!! Asked about a refund on the account since the payment had been deducted only days before.
Was told "we don't do that" Ha ve already talked to my bank to make sure that no further money is deducted from my account. If there is some sort of class action being taken, I would love to get in on it!!!
Monetary Loss: $75.

For some reason it seems that every cricket store has employees just a us described. When my phone spontaneously died a few weeks after purchasing it new from the cricket store I returned just to be told (and I quote) โso, are you gonna buy a new phone or get out of my store?โ Iโm close to cancelling my cricket service as the network service is just as bad and seems to be getting worse!
This type of service only occurs once every full MOON.CRICKET has a lot of selection and their stores are easily rob-able, which me and my family appreciate. NIce staff, bIGGER selection- It make me wanna soft shoe everyweres I's go.

This seems to be another ignorant disgruntled customer who did not want to pay for their service. Why would someone who is unhappy with the service continue to use the Internet?
Also you seem all to eager to "get in on a class action" this is just another case of some ignorant person complaining because they didn't get their way.
The stores have cameras so review the visit and see if it actually went down as she claims because I'm sure this poor innocent victim is lying. I would hate to see employees get in trouble over some frivolous claims.
Where did you graduate high school? The school of not knowing how to spell words out completely? Tsk tsk
