Cricket Wireless - Worst Customer Service Ever!
Tried to switch to Cricket for a LG-X phone. After a week of waiting, went in to check on our order and they said they sold the only two they received to others. Called Cricket in Brandon Fl and asked Bill to hold one for us . We arrived when we said we would and he told us he was sick and the phone was sold to someone else while he was home. Tried to switch us to a higher cost phone that we didn’t want. Strike 2 for Cricket!! They need to hire REAL CustomerSupport!

Cricket Wireless Customer Care Review
I came with my own iPhone 6s Plus from att to get new service at 16355 nw 27th avenue and the got arif was not interested in my service, I asked to get cricket service and he didn't have any interest in my money people like him give the company a bad name . I felt discriminated I am a dwarf and like everyone else have money to pay for my services

Cricket Wireless Internaltional Exta Phone Plan Review
Cricket wireless stealing my disability. In July Cricket took $100+ dollars off my card for an$40 bill. It is now a month and a half later and guess what?? I have recieved a $20 credit to my cricket account. One of the main guys from corprate called and he was just as rude . No resoultion and they did it again!! HELP
