I have been trying to get my lines fixed for a year! Been told investigation was being done waited called 48 hours later and was told it was never noted and pretty much called me a liar.
After a year of complaining I was told that we had warranties BUT they were 3 days from expiring. I then contacted cricket warranty and they wanted me to send in our phones and go without and if they received it before the expired date then I'd be ok. One of the 4 devices was discontinued 2 weeks after purchasing it.
There's other things that have happened it all comes down to cricket customer service representatives don't care about their customers and something needs to be done. I have contacted someone to get this resolved and hopefully will be able to fix this.
