Cricket Wireless - Big mistake!
You can't get a live person on the phone. Plan was not explained to me in detail.
I consider the activation fee a waste of money because I won't even complete the first month. I will be getting off ASAP. What a waste of time and money! The agent in the store was very nice and activation was easy.
I assumed I was getting unlimited data. Apparently not. I assumed I could talk to someone on my Cricket phone. Not!
I wanted a basic plan but they also gave me wrong information that my Sprint phone would work. After paying the money and activating I learned that phone would only give me 3G when the plan is for 4. They gave me a free junk phone and I then activated my old T-mobile phone. Coverage is apparently not great in my area, though they claimed it was.
Two text messages took 12 hours to be received. I have no idea of there are others too. The ones they were going to were to a Sprint phone and I don't know if that is related but I've never had this problem with other carriers. I also get messages when I try to respond to a group text saying, "Cricket here.
We are sorry but your text message failed.
Your destination is not supported from your current location." That was at my HOME, going to a group I often text with. This is junk service and not even that cheap.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $70.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Cricket Wireless Pros: Most people there are nice.
Cricket Wireless Cons: Poor customer service.
