I have been customer for 2 years with cricket in new kensington pa. Went into have help setting new phone up.

A present for birthday. It was moto g 4th generation 2016. The associate said he could not accept the phone. I ask why not.

You accept people with own phone. he didn't say any thing. Than I handed him my home and a cricket sims card which came with phone. He would not accept the sims card.

He used a universal one instead.

I felt I was getting rip off. I am thinking of going back to Straight talk or Metro Pc as his attitude was so bad, I was in store July 12, My card is up July 27.I have been satisfied with the service but if that is how they do business i am going to rethink this decision.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Cell service.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Blaming the customer for the issue.
