We purchased LG 3 stylist end of October my sister's screen started cracking since 12th January called insurance they told her to mail it in without stylus and without battery and due to health problems she cannot go without a phone as it got worse we called back they was supposed to call us back they. Never return the call about a mounth later phone getting worse she called again they told.

Her they could not t help her they had to talk to me so I call them about 1 hour ago the girl I talk to you tell me there is nothing take it again rude I told her i needed to talk to her boss he informed we could get another phone for 75$ what's the point of paying for insurance so now im not sure what to do due to health she cannot go without a phone and i have already paid the bill any suggestions? Plz helpCry
