On February 22nd 2016 I went into a store to pay my phone bill and also to change my number. When I left the store I noticed my internet was not working so I returned to the store to see if they can fix it. I was told by in male employee that my phone has water damage and I would need to replace the phone. I have two phones that are exactly the same samsung galaxy prime and since I wouldn't buy a new phone he walk me through the steps to do a hard reset and he said that may fix the problem well it erased everything on my phone but I still have no internet connection. I figured out myself if I use the SIM card from my other line and I put in both phones they both work correctly but even 611 cannot figure out how to resolve this problem. I'm not sure if this is some kind of scam to sell more phones but I am very disappointed with the service

Alcatel Cell Phone Review

I have 5 phones w cricket. We brought the alcatel touch 3. Since we got these phones we have been having troubles with these phone battery not charging. Phone keep reseting doesn't ring. And it's under manufactory warrenty. Plus i paid for insurance and they system change so they have no record of it. I am pissed know i have to send it in and not have a phone for a week. But my bill is paid.

Cricket Wireless - Phone Service Review

I was noticing my phone service was running slower than normal. So I called in to Cricket Wireless to speak with a customer service rep. into conversation the rep stated to me that I had used 60% of my data service. And I had a remainder of 40% of data service left. my question still wasn't answered why was my phone running slower. so on the 27th of February the very next day the 40% of data service that I had remainding. had run out. and I call Cricket Wireless back again. It was stated to me that something that I did on the 26th that was out of out of the norm caused me to use the rest and remainder of the 40% of data. calling constantly to Cricket Wireless corporate office speaking with managers I get the same result. Being hung up on no one is returning my calls no one comes back to the phone after being put on hold 440 minutes or longer. my question is prior to having five gigabytes before the month of February my services continue throughout the entire month all except for maybe 3 possibly 4 days before the month ends. So I started purchasing an extra five gigabytes totaling 10 gigabytes per month. how do 10 gigabytes run out faster than 5 gigabytes in the shortest month of the year. The only thing different that I had done on the 26th of February was calling Cricket Wireless to check my data service. someone need to contact Robert Jones area code 404 809-****

Sold me a case with my phone ($25) and within 2 weeks it was peeling major spots across the back. I took out in and they would not replace it or exchange it. Was told i should've brought it in right away! Isn't 3 weeks right away.

Over Billing

On January 27th I contact Cricket wireless to complete a service they offer call bridge pay, where they allow their customers to pay half their bill and charge them the remaining in 7days. On January 3rd I forgot to pay due to a bad snow storm. The next day I woke up to my phone having no service. I called to make the payment and was told due to missing the time frame I must start my cycle over and pay $112. I paid this on February 4th, the rep informed me she will send me a survey and a text showing payment transaction. She also confirmed my next invoice will not be due till March 4th 2016, being I restarted a new cycle. This morning (02/10/16) I woke up to my service disconnected. I call Cricket and asked what was going on they informed me I had a plan change and I was to pay another were to be paid $82.95. I informed them in the last 14days I have given them $172 which, my normal bill is only $112. With them charging me an extra $83 in 14day would show I paid them $254.94, $142.95 over my monthly bill. There was no real explanation of why my bill went up and why they've charged me an extra $142.95 in 14days.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They applied a payment I made to someone else's account, and disconnected my phone for non payment. I called them, the only thing they said they can do is put in a ticket and wait up to 72 hours for my phone to be connected again. Someone has the authority to credit my account instantly but these incompetent employees are so lazy that they simply "put in a ticket". Sure... Keep my phone disconnected for another two days, when an employee made an error! If the store owners would be on top of their game with these type of errors caused by their employees, maybe Cricket wouldn't have so much of a bad rep! DON'T GO WITH CRICKET, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

Consumers BEWARE

Verizon has been the only Cell carrier co. that's ever enabled me to get a 'signal' inside my home. Therefore I was hesitant to change... BUT, in an effort to save money, decided to at least check on what Cricket could offer. When I explained that to the rep at Cricket, it was oh, we offer a ''7 day TRIAL'' and I could "just return the phone'' if it didn't work. Long story shorter, it Did NOT Work and within 2 days I went back to return it. Had I only known the ''trial'' would be far from free -- an Alleged $40 dollar credit for return of the phone is still not showing with my bank... but the Real kicker is having to pay for a months worth of service that I CANNOT USE. Had this been made Clear during the initial transaction, I would Never would have opted to 'try' their service. Cricket has a very misleading and shady way of doing business.

Today I called customer service crekit I explained to crekit customer service her name is Michelle that my cell phone to my kid phone is broken that cannot remember my password. I wanted just to stop the service because she cannot use it, she stated she cannot stop ther service until i remember my password. I asked her let me speak to her supervisor so that i can understand them better. But she repuse to this, she continued talking while i was explaining to her my problem. Horrible customer service ever and she did NOT let me talk to her supervisor.

I have never been more disrespected a person in my entire life time. He would not even let me speak to a supervisor after multiple requests. I asked to have somebody now he said no she'll call you I asked her name he stated I can't give you that information once again I got no phone call I've called three times. I just signed up for a hotspot and 10 gigs of data and I signed up and then about 6 hours later I got a notification that all my day has been used and I haven't even used it I was sleeping. Nothing was on my phone even show that no data has been used as far as on my Hotspot. He refused to listen and you cut me off and hung up on me. I am taking this all the way where I have to take it because I have never in my lifetime been so upset at a company!!! Are you still work for Sprint I would be fired if something like this happened. I think you might have had nothing but problems I pay my bill with the lady took her 22 minutes she said my payment processed and guess what my phone went off because of non-payment. Now they say I went through 10 gigs of data over night when I was sleeping? They won't help me. Then I had no phone service for 17 hours. Oh and then they did nothing absolutely nothing for me to compensate me for that. You're willing to take my money tbut you're unwilling to deliver that to me ithe service that I deserve and need and want and you are stealing from me in my mind. Once again this one I will definitely pursue. I am so blown away by the situation .fortunately I work in social media and I know the channels I can take.

I pulled my service I am pulling service from people I know I am pulling service from companies and their employees I will not tolerate anybody speaking down to me like I'm an ***. I work in the technology industry with Google with Yahoo with Facebook with social media and unfortunately I had to go that route.

I tried to get their 5 lines for $100. Two weeks later, and over 20 hours, $140 in OVERCHARGES, I got it. Mailed complaints to CEO and COO. Package was signed for. No call back to discuss my multi-page letter and overcharges. I cannot find any way short of driving down there to get in touch with them. Customer service numbers are of no help. I have over 40 pages of Typed, copied and pasted chat transcripts and such of my troubles. Very disappointed in the customer service. And I used to be a bell employee and even dined in small setting with one CEO of AT&T. (Their parent company)

I have had nothing but problems with Cricket Wireless. I switched from straighttalk who the people at Cricket said were the worst to deal with. I would have aggreed with them unti now that I have to deal with Cricket. NO ONE at cricket will accept responsibility or correct my issues. I have been told at their store they dont have the power to do anything. I have been given number after number to call. If anyone answers (50% of the time) Im told they can do anything and given another number to call. I have never been so frustrated. WORST WIRELESS PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Shipped My Phone All The Way To *** New York To Get It Checked 4 Weeks Later They Send It Back With No Battery Or The Back Cover Just The Phone Trying To Tell Me That The Damage On My Phone Was Self Made I Only Had 2 Weeks With It Never Dropped It Nothing Carried It On My Side With A Case Had No Cracks Or Scratch's In Good Condition But The Screen Wasn't Allowing Me To Touch It *** Phones From Cricket Not My Fault They Have Cheap *** Phones Lol Since Then Im Like *** Cricket.

I am a brand new customer with Crooked, Opps Cricket Wireless. And needless to say, This past 3 months has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!! they lied and said we will get a repabet back for both our phones, only to get in the mail a letter saying our phones don't qualify for rebate. What!! Moving fwd..it drops calls every 10 min. My husband and I CAN NOT talk in the morning on our way to work because we sound like robots! We realize the grass was NOT greener on the other side. The customer service reps have NO knowledge of their jobs. I can go on and on about them, so lastly I will say PLEASE do not us Crooked, I mean Cricket!!!
