I just started using cricket a few months ago. I like the plans and service. But when I got my phone it was on the 28 th of the month. I asked to have my due date on the first she said to come back before my next due date. I did and was told it had to be the day it was up. I later that month added unlimited data to the plan went in today to change my due date and am now told that it will be 70 to add 7 days on my bill and wouldn't change my date... Read more

Been a Cricket Wireless customer for 18 months. Had to deal with customer service via web chat or call 4 times. Every time it has been over an hour, bounced around from dept. to dept. Everyone is sorry and understands, but no one has the authority or ability to help. Ordered a new phone and added a line for my daughter in June. The shipment never arrived. I bought a new Alcatel phone with new service from a Cricket store on Hampden Ave. in Englewood, CO. Phone wouldn't work, went back and they tried to fix it and sent me out. It still wouldn't work. It was past the "7" day period for an in-store replacement so I had to mail it in with a $200 deposit just until they could prove that I didn't drop it in water? They turned my services off For a *** dollar in which the so called cricket representative said not to worry just for me to pay 49.00 and she credit me for 1.00 to make 50 so I did now my service is off and they want me to pay 41.00.......!#$#×/€#! Then I call to speak to a supervisor not once but twice and I'm on hold for 1 hr each time so two hours later nothing has been resolved. ......I'm done with this company. Read more

The service is awful, when I try to call a number I have to make at least three attempts. I dial the number, hit send the call says connecting but it never rings and then it just hangs up. I have to do that at least three times to any given number. Second of all, the service lags bad. Even as I type this the keyboard lags. It's like I'm typing to fast and the words don't write right away. As far as customer service goes....lmao....the cricket... Read more

bought a phone on their website 10days ago and never got the shipment. Called the customer service plenty of times and they asked me to call ups. UPS said that they never got the package from cricket so nothing they can ship out. Called back custom service again and they asked to again to contact ups. Very poor phone connection I am always losing signal that or it takes forever to connect to a call what if I was in a life in death situation. Then I have tried twice to do Bridge pay and my phone was still off i had to pay an additional $45 that I do not have I would like a credit. Exactly 2 weeks ago i paid my bill as i always do. I have used my phone in the same fashion for the past 5 years, even upgraded my data plan to avoid this very problem, yet im getting notices that ive exceeded my data limit. This to me seems highly unlikely seeing as how the mannaer and use of my phone has not changed in 5 years. Especially when i am encouraged to purchase more data 2 weeks after i paid my bill. The insurance is terrible. They insurance is $7 a month and says it covers physical damage, but my phone got damaged and I had to pay a $75 nonrefundable deductible. I have been paying the insurance for over a year so I have already paid $96 in insurance. Cricket wireless stealing my disability. In July Cricket took $100+ dollars off my card for an$40 bill. It is now a month and a half later and guess what?? I have recieved a $20 credit to my cricket account. One of the main guys from corprate called and he was just as rude . No resoultion and they did it again!! HELP
